As a Senior Advisor for The Si3 Group, Regina Johnson provides strategic guidance to help organizations navigate the intersection of business, government, and community development. She brings expertise in developing initiatives that drive both economic growth and community impact, leveraging her unique background in economic development, workforce solutions, and technology sector partnerships. Regina currently serves as Senior Manager of Partner Engagement at Microsoft, where she leads strategic initiatives providing entrepreneurs and businesses with access to resources to accelerate growth and innovation.
Lucky Murinda
Research Associate and Africa Coordinator
Expertise: Business development and technology strategy for international markets.
As the Technology, Research Associate and Africa Coordinator for The Si3 Group, Lucky Murinda leads technology and business development initiatives for SI3 in Southern Africa, where he is based, with a focus on economic and community development projects in Zimbabwe and surrounding regions. Lucky brings specialized expertise in information technology and digital transformation to Si3's client offering. His background includes founding his own IT consultancy and partnering with organizations across Zimbabwe, Lesotho, and India to provide technology solutions.
Chris Galazzi
Senior Advisor and Counselor for Strategy and Business Development
Chris Galazzi is a Senior Advisor and Counselor for Strategy and Business Development for the SI3 Group. He brings 30 years of multisector Executive experience in the private and non-profit sectors to advise and guide our clients as they develop, iterate, and navigate their community impact. Chris is particularly adept at listening to client needs and presenting them in a way that creates organizational, environmental, and cultural awareness, and makes it actionable to support our client’s business and community objectives and outcomes.
At Zenergy Consulting, Chris provided strategic marketing and project management services to start-up technology companies and pro-social business ventures. He has over fifteen years’ experience in advising nonprofits on fundraising and innovative program development. He is a 30-year veteran of strategic market entry and early-stage technology business development, where he has not only worked as an evangelist for cutting edge technology solutions initializing customer engagement but also worked with IP lawyers to create and submit patent applications.
Chris has worked with online innovation accelerator Invention City, methane to energy start-up Feed Resource, utility scale solar finance Solbridge Energy, and global microturbine category leader Wind-Stream Technologies among others, where he met business development goals while managing projects on time and on budget.
Prior to consulting, Chris spent 15 years as a business development specialist in Silicon Valley, New York City and Los Angeles, developing interactive technology products and services for several ventures including American Express, AT&T and pre/post IPO Wink Communications, where he executed over 30 licensing agreements, and exceeded revenue targets.
Chris holds a certificate from ISO New England in Wholesale Power Operations, and a Bachelor of Arts in political philosophy and economics from Georgetown University. Chris is a certified Emergency Medical Technician, Lifeguard and has logged more than 5,000 miles sailing the East Coast of North America. Chris sits on the Boards of three non-profits, Triumph Sails, Patton Veterans Project, and the Cape Cod Toy Library.
Tracey D. Watkins
Senior Advisor

Tracey D. Watkins serves as Senior Advisor for Business Strategy and Counselor at The Si3 Group, where she provides strategic counsel on business strategy, risk mitigation, legal issues, SI3 policy development, and human capital management. She specializes in helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments while building strong organizational foundations that support sustainable growth and community impact. Tracey brings over 25 years of broad, substantive experience in corporate and government settings, including leadership roles at Silicon Valley Bank, Lowe's Companies, and the Department of Homeland Security.
Deborah Franco
Senior Advisor for Media, Marketing and Community Engagement
Deborah Franco is an award-winning creative innovator of multimedia with a unique ability to successfully devise and executive integrated communication strategies. In her previous work she has serviced global businesses such as Merck, Ameritech, Mazda and Schering-Plough.
Deborah provides strategic counsel and develops creative content, branding and diversity programs for SI3’s clients. HEr previous experience has included working with the United States Navy, the Los Angeles Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, DreamWorks Television, Disney/Chase Productions, and Far East National Bank.
As Senior Vice President for Hill and Knowlton, she created and expanded the company’s first diversity marketing division. Under her leadership, it successfully grew to seven cities across the country and an office in Mexico City in two years.
Deborah then became a senior strategic consultant and facilitated the implementation of a community outreach program that secured a $1 million federal grant for a medical awareness pilot program in East Los Angeles for underserved communities. The pilot’s success led to duplication in 25 communities across the country.
Deborah has a Bachelor of Arts in communication and english from Mid-American University and has studied at the University of Coimbra in Portugal. She is fluent in Spanish and resides in the greater Los Angeles area.
